About Us
 First Choice Catering is a privately owned Company, established in 1994. The team at First Choice are trained and qualified, we have a planned programme of continual training which has helped to give us a reputation for providing quality products and service.
Martin the Chef heads the kitchen team with over 37 years experience in the catering industry, including some of Europe's finest establishments.
Along with advanced cookery qualifications he is an assessor and Licentiate Member of the City and Guilds and a member of the Chefs and Cooks Circle.
Geraldine has had 11 years experience of food preparation and cooking.
At national and international culinary competitions and exhibitions we have gained Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. Andie and Victoria are experienced in front of house, and lead the team in food and beverage service and customer care.
 Customers are welcome to visit us at our production unit.
